A local delivery/service charge of £4.95 will be charged to your order for almost anywhere in the UK.Flower deliveries will not normally be made on a Sunday or on UK public holidays. Please contact us first, prior to placing any order required at these times to possibly make a special delivery.
Sunday & Public Holidays: No Deliveries. If you place an order on a Sunday
it will not be dispatched until Monday and therefore delivered Tuesday. We provide next day delivery service.
If the recipient is not available during the delivery they will attempt to deliver the order to your neighbour or will post a card to inform you about the delivery. We will definitely leave your gift safe for you to collect. Please ensure to provide with correct details of the recipient address and phone number.

• If you place your order before 5.00pm on Monday to Friday it will be dispatched the same day to arrive the following day.
• Any orders placed after 5.00pm on Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
We use only the freshest flowers available so varieties and colours may vary!
Customers who request delivery in a remote rural area, will be advised prior to delivery of any additional delivery charges.
If an order is placed for an area we do not cover we will inform you and refund your card.
Flowers for All Occasions cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to adverse weather conditions or other courier related issues.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
In the unlikely event that flower deliveries are not possible on the said date, due to adverse weather conditions, flower deliveries will be made on the next possible day.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before intended date for the uk.
This delivery is governed by English law and orders can not be accepted by customers under the age of 18 years

In the unlikely event that our wholesalers from Holland are late with our fresh flowers, all orders will be despatched the following day.
During peak period we always try to make the delivery at the right time, even then the delivery depends on the number of orders we are getting during that periods. Usually the quantity of orders is very high so we cannot guarantee the delivery at the exact delivery date. We always prepare ourself to make most of the orders to reach on the date you have requested. We recommend you to make the order at the earliest to reduce the uncertainity.
99% of orders will arrive on the date specifed we reserve the right to redo an order if receipent does not receive there order on the said date.
If the recepient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to leave it safe with your neighbour.
Requested Delivery Date
We will endeavor to deliver the flowers on the requested delivery date. If the recipient is not in or if we run of the particular bouquet, we will send the bouquets on the next working day.
